it is much warmer in the city than the suburbs. here's the forecast. this is a decent running forecast. i do not think the mind the cold. they do not like the wind, i know that. the winds will be dying down to nearly calm. it might be up to 54 by lunchtime. a pretty good forecast for running. we had a little cold front in the afternoon. the winds picked up around 2:00 in the afternoon. now the fund is way off the coast. -- the front is way off the coast. you need three things to get the temperatures to drop fast at night -- clear skies,, winds and dry air. we have all those things now. the winds are still kicking up a little bit with it will settle down over the next few hours. the skies are clear now. we did have some of cloud cover earlier this evening but we have a clear sky now. at the airport, still a little bit of a breeze out of the north east at 9 m.p.h. the humidity is down. 44%. we have the dry air in place. the winds have already settled down. temperatures have fallen off. 36 in frederick. if you're watching us up there near the pennsylvania
